Challenge

December of 2017, Delphi Automotive spun off its powertrain and aftermarket-related businesses to a stand-alone company Delphi Technologies. Delphi Technologies focused on launching an app providing a streamlined interface to facilitate convenient repair solutions and instructional content to reinforce the new branding, retaining their demographic from seasoned mechanics to inexperienced DIYers.

       Delphi Technologies would like to offer professional technical tips to give users a quick and easy reference for all fuel and steering issues, including suggested parts and repair methods.

Objectives

• Design the mobile app for Delphi Technologies reinforcing new branding.
• Make the app fully integrated with instructional videos for quick viewing, step-by-step diagrams, and even a 360-degree view of all parts, enabling fast and effective repair and diagnosis, retaining demographics during the brand transition.
